Service · Drone & aerial

Aerials that sell the whole story, not just the house.

Buyers do not just buy a floor plan. They buy the street, the lot, the block, and the town around it. Real estate drone photography in South Jersey is how a listing shows all of that in ten seconds, and it is the difference between a listing that looks shot and one that looks produced.

What you get

Inside the service.

Every deliverable is shot and edited in-house in Pitman, on a documented process, by the same senior team every time.

Signature flythrough openers

The rising reveal from the front walk to the full property. It is the most rewatched shot in real estate video for a reason.

Lot, acreage, and land coverage

Large lots, farmland, and new construction read completely differently from the air. Boundaries and scale become obvious instead of abstract.

Aerial stills for MLS and print

High-resolution top-down and oblique photos that anchor the listing gallery and give print pieces an expensive look.

Neighborhood context shots

Downtowns, parks, schools, and water. The shots that answer a buyer's real question: what is it like to live here?

Built into the edit

Aerials are woven into the listing film and the vertical reels, not delivered as a loose clip you have to figure out.

When to book it

The listings that need altitude.

Some homes barely change from the air. Others are impossible to understand from the ground. Knowing which is which is half the job of real estate drone video in NJ.

Acreage, land, and horse properties

A two-acre lot means nothing in a ground-level photo. Aerial real estate photography in NJ draws the boundary line, shows the outbuildings, and turns raw acreage into something a buyer can measure with their eyes.

Homes that sell on location

Backs to woods, sits on the water, or walks to a downtown. When the setting is the selling point, drone photography in South Jersey puts the house in its context in a single frame.

Signature reels that need a hook

Want the shot people rewatch? An FPV drone house tour flies through the front door, up the stairs, and out over the yard in one unbroken move. It is the opener that makes a reel impossible to scroll past.

Flown right

Licensed, cleared, then flown.

Real estate drone work is regulated airspace, not a hobby quad over the backyard. We handle the paperwork so your shoot day is not a coin flip.

Every flight is run by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot, which is the credential the rules actually require for paid drone work. Before shoot day we check the property against the airspace map. Much of South Jersey sits under or near the approach paths for Philadelphia International, so a home in the wrong grid needs authorization to fly legally. We file for that clearance ahead of time and only launch once it is granted, which keeps your listing on schedule and off the wrong side of the regulations.

On site, the flight plan is mapped to the light and the weather window, so you are not gambling a launch date on a gray afternoon. The aerials come back graded and cut into the same edit as the rest of the shoot, delivered on the studio's standard 48 to 72 hour turnaround.

FAQ

Drone questions, answered.

Are you licensed to fly for real estate?

Yes. Every flight is operated by an FAA Part 107 certified pilot, the license required for commercial drone work. Flying a listing without it is a liability most agents do not realize they are taking on.

What if the property is near the airport?

A lot of South Jersey falls under Philadelphia International's controlled airspace. When a listing sits in a grid that needs clearance, we request FAA authorization in advance and fly once it is approved, so the coverage stays legal and the timeline holds.

Can you do an FPV flythrough?

Yes. The FPV flythrough is an add-on for listings that want a signature opener, flying one continuous move from outside to inside. Drone coverage books standalone or bundles into any package on the packages page.
