Text messaging program

Cadence Creative Studios LLC, doing business as Cadence Media Group, operates a text-messaging program, Cadence Media Group Texts, to communicate with clients and prospective clients about their inquiries and bookings and, with separate consent, to send promotions and studio updates.

How you opt in

You can opt in two ways, and both are optional:

• Website forms. Every contact form on this site has two unchecked boxes under the phone field. Check "Text me about this inquiry, bookings, and shoot scheduling" for service texts, and check "Text me promotions, special offers, and studio updates" for marketing texts. You can check one, both, or neither. Leaving both unchecked means we will not text you.
• Chat. On our Connect page, share your mobile number in the chat widget and check its consent box.

Each opt-in is recorded with the date, time, page, and the disclosure you saw. You must be 18 or older to opt in.

What you agree to

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Cadence Media Group at that number. Opting in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Types of messages

• Replies to questions you send us.
• Appointment, booking, and shoot scheduling and reminders.
• Updates about the status of your project or content.
• If you provide separate marketing consent: promotions, special offers, event announcements, and studio updates.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information and do not share your mobile information or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
